Great place to buy a car I was extremely pleased with the assistance I got from Fahad Dawood at Okaz Motors. I needed a car for my college student and had very specific needs. We had spent all day looking for cars and didn't find any cars that had what we were looking for at the price we wanted. He had just the car we wanted and gave us a decent break on the price so we could afford to buy it. It only came with one key and had a chip in the windshield, and he made us a 2nd key and fixed the chip in the windshield for no extra cost. I would highly recommend Fahed as he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and helped us find the right car for the right price and addressed all the issues we had.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.

No bogus fees other than small doc fee which is reasonable. 3rd purchase from Illinois in 2 years, by far the best place to buy so far.

Just a spectacular vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, a joy to drive. While I am not knocking American auto workers, I like the fact this one is only made in Japan, I think their reliability is even better. Whenever I get in another car, it's ride pales in comparison to my LS460L.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

I purchased my car in December 2006. If this car could talk...we've been on some adventures! Repairs can be expensive without a warranty but as fair as looks and performance...I'm still rolling smoothly in 2024! I plan on keeping my car until the wheels fall off...no car note has spoiled me!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

It was good and prompt. Although it would have been better if there was an adjustment on the tire repair since I spent over $700 a few days ago on 30K mile service plan .

I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After 20 years of dreaming, I found my Egyptian Sand Pearl ‘03 beauty with 142910 original miles. Got most of its records and it had great care! I have changed all the fluids and timing belt water-pump Tensioner, thermostat, hoses & radiator to drive everyday in the summer and fall! Mileage on super has been 19.8 to 22 mpg mostly city driving ! It has been nothing short of a fantastic cruiser! Make sure you do the tb and wp every 9 yrs or 90000 miles and the engine will be bulletproof.
