Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. The entire no-pressure sales/buying process was easily the best car buying experience we?ve had. If you are looking for a Mini, Towson Mini is the place to go!

There isn't a car out there that can come close to the reliability and quiet comfort that this car delivers. My model goes 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds so I don't know what the performance reviews are all about. If I wanted to drive any faster I might as well move to Germany buy a fast Beemer or Mercedes and drive the Auto Bon for 2 hours a day. You can pay more and REALLY pay more in the long run. This car BLOWS away those cars in quite perfect comfort. Did I mention my car doesn't break down? I love its understated classy look.

I recently purchased a car the other day from Hampstead Pre-owned and have to say how easy the process was. My salesperson (Nemo)made it a no pressure experience. I told him what I was interested in, and he prepped the car for a test drive. When done I was asked if this was good or is there was something else I wanted to look out. He never tried to talk the car up or sway me in any way. When I decided to buy he finished up on his part and was passed off to finance, general manager and owner. Everyone involved (and employees not involved) were very accommodating and friendly. I'd buy again from them.

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.

Went to the service center for breaking issue and had a pleasure working with Nikki French. She's awesome! She took a time to listen to my concern and explained the whole process and possible cost, made sure I was well informed every step. Although they couldn't find any error on my car, she took extra time to make sure my car is running safe. Everyone at Subaru service center is nice, but Nikki is truly exceptional! Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I was at the Lexus of Towson yesterday for oil change and tire rotation. Also there was a recall from Lexus to update the back camera software. Monique Woods was my tech advisor. I am very glad to have her take care of my car every time. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very friendly and make me feel very comfortable and happy to be waiting for my car. I am very glad that Lexus of Towson is lucky to have someone like Monique working there. She is a great asset to Lexus of Towson.

This car is more comfortable and quicker than my previous Lexus. I love it. I like the interior design and it is very responsive and handles great. My last Lexus had no issues and ran forever and this one is doing the same.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.
