This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Bought our Tundra here in Aug ‘24. Took my trade in and totally low balled me for it. But that’s how that goes. This review is about the service ximena and Sandra(from the sales floor) were so nice and helpful. Made sure I understood how the multi media screen works in our vehicle. Thanks ladies.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

I thought I was going to get a lower price for my trade in. Lexus of Fredrick was the first Lexus dealership i have been to that did not low ball me on my trade in. My whole experience with Lexus of Fredrick, was outstanding from beginning to my purchase of a GX-550.. I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Jodi Wersen is an outstanding salesperson. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and the best salesperson we ever worked with. She allowed us to figure out which Lexus vehicle car was the best for us. She didn't apply any sales pressure and is an amazing person. Jodi went above and beyond to help us. She has a ton of experience and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found 'my' car based on what I wanted and this car was found in a shorter amount of time than she initially estimated. The whole experience was outstanding. For our next car, we would definitely buy from Jodi. She is the BEST!!

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

No regrets, BEST decision ever made. I am so Satisfied and Happy with MY purchase, I decided to let my wife pick one out & therefore bought an Silver RX 450H for her same color as mine Juz with darker interior. 😉

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

I bought this car for my wife. Due to my lower back pain, I don?t like sport or small cars. Drove 300 miles home from the dealer and it was great. Car is comfortable. Looks and feels like sport car but very comfortable.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

The Lexus GS 300 is comfy, yet sporty, fast, fun to drive, and les weals and looks slick... and the most dependable auto I've owned. Easy to low maintenance.

The electronics are awesome, Total car control with the features.I love the sun-roof and the stereo which has the most awesome quality sound. I love the electric drive which allows me to save on a lot of fuel.
