Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

The car I questioned about was actually at the used Toyota dealership. Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

The way car buying SHOULD be. Absolutely the best people selling the best cars in the country, possibly in the universe. Ralph Paty made me feel like family and found me literally the ONLY Orange NX 350h in the country. He's truly the best in the business. Josiah Sadek made the entire buying process collaborative and was very patient with me while I consider every facet of the car purchase. I wish I could buy a car every weekend just to hang out with these guys. In fact, Chuck Norris learned everything he knows about cars from Lexus of Chattanooga and Ralph Paty.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! I bought this car new in October 2013. It was by far the best car I ever owned. It was my fourth Lexus. But the best. Unfortunately a guy ran a stop sign in July and totaled the car. No injuries. 57500 miles. I am now driving a RX350 it is good but not an LS.

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.
