Nice place. This is a nice place to find a car a lot of choices and the staff was so very helpful in my car buying adventure. I usually hate having to buy a car. Almost painless.

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. Also, many thanks, to Joe Grego for capturing the moment by taking a picture of me and my wife in front of our 2023 GMC Terrain. He was thoughtful and respectful to ask our permission to post the picture on social media. We would not have that picture to look back on for memories of our first vehicle if not for him. The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff went over and beyond to make sure that my car buying experience was a good one. The sales representative, William Ghrist was excellent.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Purchased a time warp 993 from them. Pleasant experience all around and they, Kelly, were extremely accommodating and helpful. Buying a car remotely is always a higher risk proposition, but I'd argue the car is better than presented. Good folks all around.

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

I have experienced countless cars including many german cars. This beats the 3 series, c class, and, etc. German cars have no soul. Everything about it is astounding. The drive, the comfort, the design, the performance, the power, you name it. I used to have a 2014 wrx hatch and I hated it. Yet it had so many good reviews. Don't trust the bad reviews for this car. I know cars, and the is350 F Sport has no competition! It's the best of everything.
