I live in Michigan and purchased a vehicle recently, sight unseen. Jeff was very pleasant to work with. I had the car delivered and found it just as he described. I think I got an exceptional value. The vehicle was delivered to my house earlier than promised.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

I assumed the hype was a bit over the top, I had high expectations and it still exceeded those expectations by many magnitude. The LS430 is as good as a car gets, and feels much more luxurious then many new BMW’s or Mercedes all while being dependable. Not much more you can ask for

My dad bought his 2005 lexus ls430 with about 1000 miles on it. He drove it up to around 90,000 miles where he gave it to me. I currently have 200,000 miles on it and it runs like new. He has owned about 5 cars since than and still says this is the best car he ever owned. Besides the toyota land cruiser, this may be the most reliable car ever made.
