No nonsense, honest and transparent pricing, knowledgeable and accommodating. My salesperson interrupted his vacation to fit my schedule and spent the time I needed to become familiar with the car, the options, the financing and the process.

While it is early, only 350 miles driven, the LC 500 is everything I thought and more. The interior is fantastic and the sharp exterior is something to see in person (Pictures does not do this vehicle any justice). Great handling and quick to accelerate. I had a Corvette person drive the LC and his comment was, "I would buy this car over the newer Corvettes!" Granted that is one person's opinion, but I was floored by his comment. To keep it simple, for the money, unless you're wanting a sports car (Porsche 911 etc...), NO DOUBT this is the best car on the market for the price!!!

From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!

One of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen regarding it style and color combination it’s metallic red with caramel interior and a caramel top. The car is very fast very smooth and very elegant with only 1803 miles must see to appreciate.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

Before I bought the LC I was driving a Porsche 911. The first time I saw the LC I fell in love. One of the most beautiful cars on the road. I test drove it and and while it "ain't" a Porsche, it is wonderful on the road. The more I drove it the more I am sure I made the right decision.

Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Alan and Ben when trading in my older G 63 for a newer model, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.

Purchase used with 48,000 miles. I now have 105,000 and it has not skipped a beat. I change the oil regularly ( do it myself) as the only downside to this engine is sludge. Change the oil regularly and you are looking at 300,000 with no problem whatsoever

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.
