Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

De'von was an excellent sales person. He was extremely helpful and kept me and my wife up to date on everything that was going on while we waited for our new car. He was a joy to talk to and was able to help us find a great car that we could afford and enjoy. I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us through the process of finding and purchasing a new vehicle. Will return to him for any future vehicle purchases. Even while waiting 5 hrs for the process to be complete he stayed up beat and kept us informed to everything going on to clean and inspect our vehicle to make sure it was 100% clean and ready for us. My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona. I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

I found no way on line or getting through to a live person to set up an appointment. If I had you woud get an easy 5 star rating.

This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

I recently bought a Tesla from Auto Trade Mark in Virginia, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!
