This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I considered cars and brands from 6 different dealerships over a two week period. These cars are an amazing value. Quite simply many people hate the styling. Hence a low price. Nothing I write matters on this. You like it or don’t or put up with it for the value. The interior is simply stunning. Other than a Bentley I had no other car I’ve seen is nicer inside. Quality materials. Nice leather. Stunning real wood. And unlike anything else a way to cover the nav screen with a wood door. Stereo is excellent. Ride quality is fantastic for long trips. No. Not a super fast car in corners. Fast enough and very comfortable. Engine is silky smooth and whisper quiet. Except when you floor it you get that v8 growl. Again not a dragster but plenty powerful enough. The roof is magic. A hardtop coupe most of the time but a fantastic open top with minimal buffeting. Reliable. Very reliable. Excellent Lexus service if needed. Our 2004 has merely 60k miles and zero repairs. Many of these are low miles. Toyota reliability is a great comfort. Big and heavy and safe. Plenty of airbags and great brakes. Mass is safer than lighter cars. Do the negative? It is not easy on gas. Styling is either love or hate. Navigation system cannot be updated and CarPlay is not available although there are kits to add it including nav music and phone. So the electronic toys are dated. To give you an idea my new car is a Porsche 911. Modern. But on long trips or just getting from A to Z the Lexus is first choice. Porsche is more modern and exciting but … not as beautiful inside nor comfortable. I totally recommend this if the styling and gas mileage and electronics are not an issue. The value is unbelievable and unbeatable.

Overall, great experience working with Kevin the salesman. I bought a used Honda Odyssey from him and after being able to see it through a virtual video he sent me and then negotiation over the phone and text message, we were able to agree on a price.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

The dealer met or exceeded our service-related expectations. They provided us with an accurate cost estimate for the work, conducted the work in a timely manner, treated us in a professional manner and provided us with a loaner car. We were provided with a useful report of future maintenance issues we should expect. Finally, our Lexus service representative, Todd Smith, was outstanding.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Josh is always pleasant, courteous & professional. He provided me with a loaner that was close to my own car so I could drive it easily and didn't have to learn anything new. :) It is really great to spend the time shopping or eating lunch out while the car is being serviced. And they text to let you know exactly what they are doing to the car and when it's ready.

I have been very pleased with the car it’s performance and the reliability of it. Metro Lexus has done nothing but A plus service for me. A great place to shop.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.
