I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 at another dealership that had some oil leaks. I took it to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Greenwood for a diagnostic test. Tony Parson my service advisor worked with myself and the other dealership on getting the work completed and paid by the other dealership. He was pleasant, professional, and was in contact with me all day long each step of the way. He made all the necessary calls to the other dealership in regards to going over the findings of the diagnostic testing, but also was one step ahead with each step. Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Minor fading on spoiler and roof trim. Minor chips on front bumper and hood from road debris and a few minor scratches.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Took our Toyota Tundra in for regular maintenance service. Service Advisor Kevin Harrah was professional and pleasant. Service was completed in a timely manner. We left the dealership. Drove onto the highway and when we applied the brakes for the stop light, the brake pedal went to the floor. Had to pump the brakes frantically to get it stopped. Pulled into a parking lot and drove around and pumped the brakes many times to get brake pressure back. Appeared to have air in the line. Scary experience!

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.
