The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

This is the right car for the right buyer. The UX best suits an older, or young couple WITHOUT kids. It is a classy daily driver that will give you excellent gas mileage (ours gets 32mpg to date). It is the most affordable Lexus, but it handles remarkably well. Acceleration is about 0-60 in 8 sec, which is soft, but that's not what this car is about. Take it for a long test drive in curvy hills, on freeways, on bumby roads. You'll know if it is wrong for you, or perfect, as it is for us.
