Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Questions were answered quickly, requests to test drive were quickly approved. Lee found listings based on our needs and constraints quickly, and proceeded to give us a quick walk regarding 2 potential offers we took a keen eye on. Financing information and questions were handled professionally by Ben, answering any questions we had. He walked us through the documents and allowed us plenty of time to comprehend them.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Would like my car back in whatever aay we can!!! But I want it in not blue not like the car from the MVC bc this car was so fabulous!!!!! But I?m safest driver so I would NEVER be in an MVC

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! Nice team at Georgetown Subaru! Thank you, particularly Jason! Also, knowing the Subaru had been looked over and problems fixed from a Subaru dealer was a big plus for my comfort level.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Have been using AutoHaus for Mercedes I have owned. Have found their work top notch, their pricing fair and competitive, and their ability to track down and remedy issues very precise. Recently purchased a new used Mercedes from them and the attentiveness by both Brian Jagoda and Vincent Frazier was exceptional. Pricing was competitive and actually somewhat below asking prices for competitive models elsewhere. Any issues were addressed immediately. Brought car home and late afternoon tried starting it. Battery was dead. A tech was dispatched to my house at around closing time to replace the battery w/o charge. Good service.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I had a couple of cars I was looking at, get sold out from under me at 2 other dealerships, so I was skeptical. Marcus was waiting for us when we pulled in, keys in hand. He said take it for a spin, and come back inside when you’re done. The car was everything as advertised. Very clean, well detailed, and everything we had hoped. Marcus and the finance department at Germain Mazda, bent over backwards to keep us within our budget, and get us a payment we were happy with. Marcus made this a very pain-free and quick process. Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.
