The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Staff is always courteous and service was excellent. Phil and the mechanics took care of everything and I was out in under 2hours. Thank you!

Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car. August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I traded in my Mercedes ML350 for this. Mainly because gas prices are exploding and wanted something safe and more affordable. The NX250 does not require prem. gas and drives amazing. If you are looking, I would check out the Mazda as well, but you get a lot for the Lexus base model minus a moonroof which should be standard. I have had a 2003 RX and 2009 RX both same size as the 2022 NX. Love the new touch screens, but you will find that with every other car brand for much less. If you want luxury, this is the car to buy. Beautiful.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!
