Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. We just received our Lexus IS350C last week. 8-8-23. We bought it at A&H Quality Cars. JJ described and videos were sent of how easy this car is to LOVE... They shipped the car here to New Orleans, LA, in 2 1/2 days. It is a dream of a ride and with lots of comfort, clean, easy to get in and out of, all sorts of Bells and Whistles which make the comfort even sweeter. All made possible by JJ. He was very professional, and we had lots of confidence in him. He sent videos he made of the car operating and the top going up and down. This made us feel great about our purchase from such a long distance. We Love our new Baby.

I'm 6 foot 4 inches and I have to say...I fit well in this IS250C and comfortably. It handles corners super well and has pick up when needed. The outer body is very sporty and with my add on's such as sport spoiler, and new LED headlights, and side trims, this car looks super sporty. The interior is nice and i upgraded it so now it looks as modern as most new lexus cars. A must buy even today.

I just recently leased a 2021 RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I find it to be an amazing car. I’ve now owned it for a month. The car is really beautiful both inside and out. It’s quiet, unless you’re pounding the throttle, which sounds fantastic. It’s very well-built, the interior is extremely bespoke with rich materials (this was very important to me). Performance is perfectly fine for me, but I have the V6. It moves quickly and will do what you want it to do, but it’s not the most powerful car I’ve ever driven. I say this in comparison the the RC 200T that I traded since that had the base four cylinder and really lacked power off the line where the V6 does not. Still, it’s not as quick as you’d expect, but it’ll do you just fine for daily driving. Mine is fully loaded with all options. I find it roomy enough for me, but the rear seat is horribly tight. The trunk is fine and I’d say spacious enough. Only one thing bothers me about this car, and it’s not the notorious infotainment system which doesn’t bother me at all—it’s the fuel economy. The car has some of the worst economy of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Buick’s, both V8 and V6, that got far higher MPGs. It doesn’t help that the gas tank is small and the engine requires premium fuel. Outside of that, the car looks stunning, feels very rich, and is surprisingly satisfying to drive. I look forward to every day I’m able to get behind the wheel of it. I would recommend without reservation if MPGs are not a concern for you and if price is not an object—the car (fully loaded) is not cheap, and hardly a bargain—but still worth it.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

Before I bought the LC I was driving a Porsche 911. The first time I saw the LC I fell in love. One of the most beautiful cars on the road. I test drove it and and while it "ain't" a Porsche, it is wonderful on the road. The more I drove it the more I am sure I made the right decision.

Great car! I love the exterior styling and the interior has a very high end feel and look to it. Quality everywhere you look. The features are amazing, too many to list. Performance is very good, quick and handles very well. Gas milage is better than expected due to the Hybrid. Overall I love this car and highly recommend.

Driving experience is best in its class. It’s weight does not show up in the 0-60 numbers. It is fast, extremely fast, and you need to stay focused. So, park and learn how to use the accessories and option. you will be glad you did If you learn them on the fly you might just hit something not realizing how fast and how quick it moves. The V8 controversy is in the mind of many, however you will never know it wasn’t a V8 unless you were told. The car’s V6 is a BEAST in all aspects and needs to be respected. It you want to get the car, know that the options (A+ blind side, road side pedestrian, knowing exactly where you car is when parking with “birds eye view, top of the industry Mark Levinson sound system, massage driver and passenger seat, and too many added options to mentioned) are worth getting when you know their true worth. However, for a lower price, without many of these options the car does not change how it will make you feel. It is still worth a serious look even at the base price. So, don’t sit in the seat, or drive it, if you are not ready for a mind blowing experience. You will love it. As I said those who don’t see the value in futuristic designs will criticize the LS500. It may be for many reasons, not realizing that this is where luxury cars are going as they compare it to others in this luxury class. As for me there is nothing to compare it to so I won’t waste my time. I will just let the 416 horses, and 440 pounds of torque and all it futuristic technology take me places I have never been, enjoying every monement. You should do the same.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

Bought this 2018 in July with only 1,500 miles. Was able to add Apple CarPlay to complete the package. I’m very happy with it so far, but I haven’t taken it for an extended drive. It still only has 2,200 miles on it so far. I’m planning a little road-trip next month. We will see how it handles. So far so good.

This is the best car I’ve ever owned. So reliable and very fun to drive. The 2UR-GSE 5.0 liter V-8 mated to the 8-speed transmission is a perfect combination. Ordered mine in December 2014 and it arrived in late January 2015 and was in my garage the next day. After 10 1/2 years of ownership, I still love it. No regrets. I also own a 2018 LC 500 purchased new, great looking car but the RCF is, in my opinion, more fun to drive than the LC 500. Sorry to hear about 2025 being the last year for the RCF. With that news, I don’t plans to sell mine.

ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SMALL GAS TANK..... otherwise, the best vehicle I have owned as a daily driver. I had traded my 2014 for a 2017 and went back to a 2015....
