Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

I worked with Nuvia and still in contact with Ulises, for starters; Nuvia was AMAZING to myself and husband, very transparent on the vehicle and gave me all of the knowledge I needed on the vehicle I purchased. There was a slight hiccup about the car key remote not working (the previous owner of the vehicle neglected) and she and her boss are helping with reimbursement! She’s super friendly along with her other colleagues and she works very well especially when you ask her a million questions like I did! She’s very communicative and will answer all questions efficiently, if she doesn’t have the answers right then and there you can trust that you will have answers asap! I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I had an eye on this car for years and was finally able to purchase it pre-owned from the Lexus dealership with 81k original miles. I have had it for 1 year now and I am happy. For its age, it is a very Comfortable ride, powerful V8 engine, Reliable, and still in great condition. I have replaced the ML factory sound system with new speakers, sub and amp. Overall Love this ride. Hoping to have it for many years to come.

2003 running great still! Power steering leak, but otherwise not a single mechanical issue. No rust, no oil (in Ma.) Not a sports car, but maybe like the girl from next door who you always loved. Just great.

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended
