This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I arrived early and they took my car in immediately. They never seem to recommend work when it is not necessary. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. I bought a 2010 White Subaru Outback from them in 2013 w/60k miles fo 16k. I had an issue after the purchase. They fixed it. After they fixed it I had another car issue. They didn't fix it, but it was minor and under manufactor warranty. I just junked the car 6 months ago w/ 260k miles. Blown head gaskets.They even brought the car to my job to test drive. . Overall experience was good. They were nice & professional. Good memory.

Purchased 2014 RX 350 used, 17k miles - vehicle has not disappointed me at all. I was initially in the market for a preowned Acura RDX. Visited the dealership Lexus dealership to look at RDX on lot for sale but, ended up taking a look at Lexus and that was it - I am ready for a refresh but, I think the 2013, 2014 and 2015 RX models are classic. My vehicle is x10 years old but, I still love it, now at 156k miles!
