The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

I just purchased the 2017 Lexus IS 200t at Carmax. It came fully loaded in features as a used car. The black titanium tires were a perfect touch and added to the beauty. The titanium silver exterior is gorgous. I have not used the navigation system yet. I use my phone usually. I will test this shortly. The A/C is cool, the air heaters and coolers are a nice bonus. The comfort and feel is relaxing and soothing. As a 4 cylinder engine it saves on gas, but with the turbo charged add on, it assures you can go fast if need be. I do not race my car, I do not plan on tuning anything. As a used car I do need to get it waxed and clayed, and detailed a little. Defog the lights and center logo. However, This was expected. The car is beautiful, a joy to drive, and adds to the confidence of driving a car. I would recommend this car, used or new. MPG is good, be mindful it is above 25 mpg, using cruise mode as much as possible. I drive carefully, avoiding heavy use on breaks, reving the engine or speeding past or next to cars. I drive in middle or right lanes, unless no traffic, I cruise at 70mpgh averaging 25-27 mpg. Again, it is a luxury car, and sporty. If you need something for longer distance travel and extended mpg, there are other Lexus options. I personally bought this car for myself b/c I needed something I connected with, would enjoy the ride, for comfort and have the sporty feel w/o it being over priced. I paid 26,999 (not included tax) for this car, at 7.95 APR, $204 monthly payments. The car is Fully loaded with all features. it is a 2017, 6 years old, still needs a few touch ups. I enjoy my car, ride it with confidence and highly recommend. Please do your own research and make sure to see and test drive the cars before buying/signing anything.

I had a great experience with Ali. Since I live more than an hours drive, I made an appointment with Ali to test drive the vehicle prior to coming in. this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

The car over all is good, but the technology package is terrible! It is inconsistent connecting to iPhone, can’t use push button or voice feature for calling without manually pulling up number from phone, difficulty switching between Sirus XM and apple play. No touch screen and cumbersome to use. Also, may be petty, but for the price the 2019 should have power mirrors. Wish I had shopped other luxury makes before purchasing.
