I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Since I could not come to Louisville they drove the car to Owensboro, brought the paperwork and it was all completed in 20 minutes. They gave me the price I wanted and did everything they could to ensure I had a good experience. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The Lexus ES is one of the most reliable cars ever built. They drive like a dream and of course come with all the bells and whistles. I have owned and still own other luxury vehicles, but continue to circle back to Lexus for the whole package. The latest is a used model for my 80 year old mom. I feel I don’t ever have to worry about problems with this car so it was the obvious choice. I have personally owned two (one used and one new) and my brother and sister have them as well. Just all around great cars.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.
