Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.
