I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isn't much incentive to haggle. In addition, when purchasing L-certified vehicles, the cars are in splendid condition, and there is the amazing bonus of free carwashes for the life of the car! What a brilliant Perk! Fantastic dealership, my sales person was Matt . Saw my 2006 Ram on line with 91,000 on it for such a low price I thought this must be a mistake. Drive up from Delaware picked up a friend and drove over to Morgan’s i’m not kidding when I say this truck looks like it was in the show room beautiful I could not believe it if it wouldn’t of been for the year I would’ve said this truck was brand new they even put new tires on save me a lot of money there would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a good used car no hassle no hidden fees straight up sales people thank you thank you thank you.

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Just a spectacular vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, a joy to drive. While I am not knocking American auto workers, I like the fact this one is only made in Japan, I think their reliability is even better. Whenever I get in another car, it's ride pales in comparison to my LS460L.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

this is the first time in all the years I have my vehicle that when I got my oil change I did not have to add oil. Everytime before this I had to add oil a day or two later. Who ever did the oil change was great. Thanks

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.
