They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.
