First of, I’m Infiniti Guy who loves Nissan since I was little , meanwhile back in college we always do Lexus and Toyota engine (overhauling ) wiring and chassis assembly to pass the finals , in short I know Lexus and Toyota from the bottom so then I decide to save up for couple of years and dropped it to get Lexus GS 200T , I had Honda Toyota Camry 1989 and Infiniti G35 2003 and this particular Lexus GS beats all of them base on performance luxury and agility, it suits me the moment I lay my eyes on it , I knew it is going to be our ( mines) car , the most spacious leather interior I alway wanted soft welcoming and warm,easy to clean too, and has rear privacy curtain only can be found in Mercedes high AMG class , and plus every time I look at the bumper it grows on me like it’s going to bite someone, overall we love the car and in a near future will be purchasing another one , possibly GS-F

I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

They gave me a great price on my car. Nice honest people, very satisfactory experience overall. I like their ancient wood sculptures around the facility.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Our salesman Brian Newcome was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We felt he answered all our questions, and explained the process so it was understandable. When you buy a car you wonder did I get a good price and make the correct decision, with Brian there was no concern about that at all. I would recommend Brian and the dealership to my family and friends.

The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

I was greeted by a technician who explained the service my car was set up for and I was quickly shown to the very comfortable waiting room. The staff is very professional and when the car was ready the check out process was very easy.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

Found the SUV online and made an appointment for a test drive on short notice. Adrian was very helpful. Everyone there was friendly and supportive. The SUV was in great shape, and I bought the vehicle after the test drive. The added costs were more than I expected but we discussed them all and we were able to come to a deal. If you know what you want and what it's worth, these are great people to deal with.

Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

Zach and his team went above and beyond when my parents purchased their car several years ago. They seldom drive these days so when Dad was not able to start the car recently even after trying to charge the battery, we reached out to Zach. Based on our conversation he took the initiative to order a new battery in case it was needed. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and take a closer look. I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

I am original owner of this car. I have owned 3 other Lexuses, ES300, RX350 (2). My wife is the usual driver of the GS. She loves it as do I. It drives nice, responsive and plenty of power. Usual maintenance required and only major was timing belt with water pump and a tune up as recommended by Lexus.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.
