I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

My experience at Lexus of Freeport have always been top notch which is why my car buying needs will always be at this dealership. Riguad and everyone involved in making my recent purchase did so with the utmost professionalism and care. Whenever I visit, it is like I am visiting family and wouldn't have it any other way. I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Gavyn Okeefe is very courteous, kind and patient. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a car and delivered exactly that. He was very polite during our meeting and efficient, he did not waste any time, which we found refreshing as sometimes the sales process can be tedious.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!

I just recently leased a 2021 RC 350 F Sport Black Line Edition and I find it to be an amazing car. I’ve now owned it for a month. The car is really beautiful both inside and out. It’s quiet, unless you’re pounding the throttle, which sounds fantastic. It’s very well-built, the interior is extremely bespoke with rich materials (this was very important to me). Performance is perfectly fine for me, but I have the V6. It moves quickly and will do what you want it to do, but it’s not the most powerful car I’ve ever driven. I say this in comparison the the RC 200T that I traded since that had the base four cylinder and really lacked power off the line where the V6 does not. Still, it’s not as quick as you’d expect, but it’ll do you just fine for daily driving. Mine is fully loaded with all options. I find it roomy enough for me, but the rear seat is horribly tight. The trunk is fine and I’d say spacious enough. Only one thing bothers me about this car, and it’s not the notorious infotainment system which doesn’t bother me at all—it’s the fuel economy. The car has some of the worst economy of any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned Buick’s, both V8 and V6, that got far higher MPGs. It doesn’t help that the gas tank is small and the engine requires premium fuel. Outside of that, the car looks stunning, feels very rich, and is surprisingly satisfying to drive. I look forward to every day I’m able to get behind the wheel of it. I would recommend without reservation if MPGs are not a concern for you and if price is not an object—the car (fully loaded) is not cheap, and hardly a bargain—but still worth it.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.
