Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

My wife and I live in Columbia MO. We found a 1995 Eagle Talon Esi at Emerald Auto in Houston when searching for a replacement for our 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse that needs a motor replacement. The Eagle Talon Saad had in stock only had 40,851 miles on it. Our mechanic wanted 5k for an engine with 80k miles and 3k to install it. Needless to say, it is now our project car, and this Eagle Talon will be taking its place as our backup vehicle. Saad was easy to speak to and we even did the deal all remote! I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

I am impressed with this vehicle. It is comfortable and stylish. However, I wish that Lexus had a turbo option as this V8 I find to be a little sluggish.

I bought this car with a 110000 miles on it. 3 years later, I'm approaching 300000 miles and all I've done is change oil tires and brakes. Great reliable piece of transportation.

Bought used Sept 2014 at 20k miles, now close to 10 years on at 140K as of Nov 2023, we have never NEVER EVER had any issues with this vehicle. All we've done were oil/filter changes between 6-10k intervals, tire changes, pads/rotor changes, and that is it. Approaching 120k, we service (belt, spark plugs, gaskets, waterpump, thermostat, ),. I am Truly impressed and amazed with this vehicle.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
