I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I was really impressed with being able to watch through the window in the customer lounge the many cars being worked on. It looks as clean as a surgery. I have a new genuine Lexus key now and an alignment in about an hour. Very pleased with this service.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

For about 6 months, my husband and I were searching everywhere for a Jeep SRT 2014 or newer. We happened to come across one on Car Gurus that had been recently traded in at Lexus Superstition Springs. We went in to check it out and had James Charm help us out view it, test drive it and talk numbers. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreeable number due to the negative equity on our trade in. We told James we’d be looking at another SRT and let him know if we went with that one. We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

I bought a fully loaded 2016 RCF about 6mos. 34,XXXmi in great condition for $47K. What surprised me most about this car was the handling. Acceleration and braking are also really good. I love the exclusivity of this car. Since I've owned it, I haven't seen another one on the road. I get compliments all the time. It really is a fun beautiful car!

My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

They shipped the car here to New Orleans, LA, in 2 1/2 days. This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. My biggest gripe with the car is it does not have the performance of my previous 2001 IS300. Lexus could have used a more performance oriented engine. Otherwise, very reliable, trouble free, and handles very well on the road.

I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.
