Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Jeff was a great, non-pushy salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but made sure the sales experience was great for me. Very smooth test drive and buying experience! Looking forward to using AutoNation Honda Renton again.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

This car is more comfortable and quicker than my previous Lexus. I love it. I like the interior design and it is very responsive and handles great. My last Lexus had no issues and ran forever and this one is doing the same.

You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.
