Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

service checkin was quick and easy. Advisor met me as i drove in. service was done on schedule as usual. Have used AutoNation for many years and different vehicles when I'm working in Amarillo.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

I was a walk in customer without an appointment. Rhonda Dingman assisted me within a minute or two and had me on the schedule immediately. I could see from the waiting area that Rhonda was constantly busy. She was extremely pleasant. She had given me an estimate time of completion and my service was actually completed 15 minutes earlier than that. I was very pleases and again Rhonda brought me my paper work, brought me to the cashier & had my Jeep waiting for me at the door. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

On April 10.2024 Stop for a oil change Jason Boismier recommended service that needed to be done . He was pleasant, after coolant flush, oil change, front brakes everything was fine except they didn’t rotate my tire it a small thing but did they forget to check my pressure also. I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I love my Lexus SUV, this car met all my needs and more, the ride is very comfortable. It’s great looking inside/out, inside is very spacious 3 rows seating for 7 people without luggage because the cargo space is very small, but that’s ok because my family size is 4. The beauty of this car is stunning, and has a body that never lose style, inside features are amazing, seats sets to your liking, and seat are super comfortable. I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.
