I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. I was upgrading mine since the LS500 was deeply depreciating almost 50% in less than a year for no reason. I experienced a flawless dealing and transaction from beginning to end. I did my business with them after my intense nationwide search. I was offered retail price range for my trade-in and the best price available nationwide. I can’t be more happier. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

We needed a car and had a budget to stick to. Joey and Abdur were great. We saw 6 different vehicles. They help us wade through the Carfax reports and choose a car with no "baggage" in its past. The two salesmen were very professional and patient as we chose our vehicle. Simply the best. Planning to go back when I need another vehicle in the future.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience while purchasing my new Lexus. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

I think this Lexus new model TX nails all the bells and whistles for a three row vehicle, and with the 2025 model TX Im waiting to see what else they can improve on.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.
