This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didn't hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaac's even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!
