I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

Where do I start?! From the moment I walked into the dealership I was pleasantly greeted and immediately felt they were there to help not just to sell. With my busy schedule I didn't have much time to waste and they understood that very well. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Horatio was very professional, kind, and helpful. We really appreciated him setting up Blue Tooth, etc. for us. We love the car so far-great ride, good look, comfort, etc.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I found a Lexus ES350 I was interested in purchasing online and contacted the dealership, where I was connected with Dave. Dave was absolutely amazing to work with over the phone and through email. He gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle I was interested in and provided all the information necessary to begin the buying process. Everything was completed over the phone, as I was coming in from out of town to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, Dave had arranged for a colleague to meet me since it was his day off?and the professionalism did not stop there. After a quick test drive and a short visit to the finance office, I was on the road heading back home. I was initially drawn to this dealership because of the value, but the customer experience alone was worth the plane trip. Before departing, I visited the in-store caf� area, where the amazing lady running it kindly set me up with snacks and water for my trip back to my neighboring state.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Palm Beach Beach. We were at the dealership getting our car serviced and ended up purchasing a newer hybrid model. Very happy we did so. Always a great experience whether having our vehicle serviced or buying a new car.!

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Great experience with the service writer and staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. First class facility. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality attention to their vehicle.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

Once you test drive it nx250 you will fall in love with it and buy it love the seat the radio outstanding just talk to the car and it does everything for you

Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Second to none. Kia Delray and the entire team are awesome. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Great car. Only problem is that I cant read the screen in sunlight. Dealership was very good and I enjoyed the experience. I did receive a recall notice that they have not as yet been able to resolve.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Bought a 99 Nissan Frontier with 56k on it. After shopping locally I seen high mileage worn out junk for my bottom dollar. Not an e-bay buyer but I thought I'll take a look. Seen truck and contacted dealer. Spoke to Mr. Frank and he gave me the assurance I needed and completed the wire. Drove down from Alabama to pick it up...For a 25 year old vehicle way above average. Really neat shop to. These people are passionate about their business. They are on a niche market for folks who don't want to be saddled with vehicle payment. They take the legwork out of finding reasonably priced used vehicles. And to offer 3 month 3,000 mile warranty? Who does that? Not your run of the mill corner lot. Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.
