This is my first small car in decades (having driven trucks and suv's the last 30 years. I wanted a commuter car for a long work commute, and this is perfect. The inside is not quite as nice as my previous Lexus models, but it is far nicer than a Toyota interior of the same time period. I love the looks of the hatchback and the fuel economy is solid. In sport mode its lively and fun to drive. A+

I had been looking for a nice clean Subaru Outback for my father, I came across the list of this 2015 Subaru Outback at Getty Auto Sale & Service LLC. I contacted them via phone and they assured me that the vehicle was in great shape and it had gone through their service department for their routine Pre-Sale checkup. They also shared with me the list of items that were addressed during their check up. I liked the fact they were transparent and shared that vital information with me. I drove there from Silver Spring, Maryland and I could not be happier that I went to them. After a test drive I sat with my sales person Mr. Popal. He was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable and patient with both, my father and I. We made the purchase and most certainly will be back for any future car purchasing or service. This car checks off all of the boxes for me when it comes to luxury and comfort. This car is my second Lexus RX hybrid and it will be hard to get me to buy a different one.

I have enjoyed owning this car. It is reliable, aestically pleasing to the eye, gets great gas mileage, and has the right amount of space for my needs.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

Thinkin about that new RX350? Well consider the '00 LX 470. The 2000 Lexus LX 470 was Toyota's more plush alternative to the 100 series Land Cruiser, but don't be fooled by that majestic real wood and leather interior - this is probably the most capable car ever, period. The 3rd row seats have enough room to snooze for endless drives. The 4.7 Liter V8 sounds quieter than a breeze. The Nakamichi sound system is as close as you'll get to a mobile nightclub. Sure, the V8 may be quite mediocre, at only 230 bhp and 330 lb/ft torque, but keep in mind - the V8 is INDESTRUCTIBLE - LITERALLY. Our car was bought at 266,000 miles, but that really doesn't matter. GET ONE ASAP.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

Rear ended in a blowing rainstorm at 70+ mph such an impact as to bend the chassis to ground level st the receiver hitch. All the doors were jammed and the door frames crumpled. My wife suffered a cracked vertebrae NO OTHER INJURIES. A LIFE SAVER. 1999 model LX 470 w 148,000 miles. Shop carefully and BUY a nice used one. Safe-comfortable but not cheap. How much is a child's life worth ??? Sammy

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable about 4WD vehicles, especially Toyota SUVs like Land Cruisers and 4Runners. That seems to be their niche. They mostly had Toyotas but also had a Honda Ridgeline, a Hummer, Jeep Wranglers, and a few Lexus when I was there. There was a mix of newer vehicles and classics. Would definitely recommend buying your next 4WD from them! Super easy to work with. No pressure sales.

A Landcruiser only BETTER!! I have had 3 previous Landcruisers. By far my favorite car. But this Lexus LX 470 (landcruiser) Is a dream. Beautiful car and smooth ride.

After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I recently bought a Toyota 4Runner from 4x4 Rides and traded in my old car to them. Overall it was a smooth easy transaction. This was my third LX470. I bought it certified in 2005 with 16K miles and just sold it with 185,000 miles. it never cost me a dime (until recently)in maintenance other than oil changes and tires. I drove the new 570 and hated it, its definitely NOT the same vehicle. now i'm searching for a low miles 2007 LX470.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.
