I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The waiting room was very clean and hospitable. The staff was professional and the sales representative was knowledgeable and courteous.

Very pleased with my experience - the salesman and the finance officer were both friendly, cheerful, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was not pressured.

John Doyle was a pleasure to work with as I did research on my next new car. He was very easy to speak to and he listened to my "criteria" of what I was trying to find. I also like the fact that he did not talk down to me assuming I knew nothing about cars, when in fact I worked as a mechanic several years ago! I'll start by saying that I didn't purchase a car form here yet only because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. In a time where these shady dealers are posting rock bottom prices and then adding 2-4K in nonsense dealer fees, it's refreshing to see that they're just selling you a car without the nonsense. There is a dealer fee, but it's reasonable. I wish more dealers would employ these practices. I worked with Antonio and he wasn't pushy and very professional to work with. I'm keeping my eye on their website to see if a car pops that fits my needs.

Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

We just bought a car at Mt Kisco Lexus Darcar. The sales associate, Jose De La Cruz, was top notch. If you shop there, make sure you ask for him. The dealership has its quirks for sure, but it's a good place to buy a car, and Jose will be on your side.

I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!
