Never had a bad experience with this place. Must be the competitors leaving the bad reviews, shaking in their boots to the company whose cars and reputation are superior above others. Also, look at other website reviews of this dealership and you'll see they are rated highly. I would advise to do your own due diligence for the vehicle your looking for and your experience will be fun and productive.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Wanted a 330 bmw but found this nice a220 benz, in one hour i was able to drive off, payment is affordable, next up i want a gls mercedes

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This is the right car for the right buyer. The UX best suits an older, or young couple WITHOUT kids. It is a classy daily driver that will give you excellent gas mileage (ours gets 32mpg to date). It is the most affordable Lexus, but it handles remarkably well. Acceleration is about 0-60 in 8 sec, which is soft, but that's not what this car is about. Take it for a long test drive in curvy hills, on freeways, on bumby roads. You'll know if it is wrong for you, or perfect, as it is for us.

Nice vehicle. Great electronics. Very comfortable to drive. Severely lacks power as a turbo 4. Lacks pep that I expected when I purchased. A 6 cylinder would be a great fit. Small gas take makes for excessive trips to the gas station .

I had read a few negative reviews on Yelp, so I proceeded with caution. However, once I arrived and was greeted by salesman Mark Checki, I knew I was going to have a great experience as a customer. This was my first time buying a car, or visiting a dealership on my own. I called the day before to inquire about a used 2017 Genesis G80, and Mark answered all of my questions about the process quickly and in an simple-to-understand manner. When I arrived, he quickly got the keys for me to take a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the car. I knew I wanted to buy it, and I’m pretty sure he knew as well. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. It may have helped that I was buying outright, but he was able to expedite the process for me. While I went to go get a cashier’s check from Chase around the corner, he was able to speak with my insurance company, get the car washed, and prepare all of the DMV paperwork for me. All I had to do was read over the agreement and sign the paperwork. Mark is a world class salesman and an incredible guy overall. He’s a seasoned veteran in the business and he made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting. I drove off the lot in my car within 2 hours and it could’ve been quicker if we didn’t hit a speed bump with Progressive. Every car I lease every service is top notch with Audi Englewood the only complaint I have is they should make this dealership location should be bigger. Also to paid more attention when they service the Carwash they should dry the car better in and out. But the I am very satisfied with the service.
