I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. I talked to several people but we could not come to terms on the financing. Because of the mileage the bank would only do so many months. They also required that I have a 2 year maintenance warranty and gap insurance which drove the car payment way over the amount I was willing to spend. I was pre-approved on financing so it's now up to the dealer to negotiate a price we can both feel good about.

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.

So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

We leased a RXH and we’re fortunate to have Reda Tabriz as our salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable and always returned phone calls promptly. Buying a new car is usually stressful, however he made the process very smooth. Based on our experience I would recommend this dealership.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool
