I feel as if when I purchase I am getting quality at a fair price . I don’t like being bugged when I’m on a lot looking for that special vehicle . I did my home work on my new sienna and compared to other dealerships I saved a lot of money . Sure I could go to the brand name dealership however as soon as I step on their lot I’m approached . I can’t just look around without being followed and talked to . Let’s face it the sales people are making a living selling because they have to . The used vehicle section quality wise and looks which is very important to me lacks in care . I compared models . The name brand dealer the vehicles have many flaws . Roberts takes pride in making sure your vehicle looks the way you would want it to and they go through each vehicle to make sure it is taken care of and looks amazing . If you do not like some thing like a scratch etc .. Roberts auto sales fixes it with a professional job. Name brand what you see is what you get . So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! If you want quality vehicles , sharp looking , new looking , you do not want some one bugging you for a sale Roberts is your place ! I feel they are honest open and care . I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

No haggle dealership, so, don’t even try. If you like the price, get your vehicle and be happy like me. Great experience all around.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

First of, I’m Infiniti Guy who loves Nissan since I was little , meanwhile back in college we always do Lexus and Toyota engine (overhauling ) wiring and chassis assembly to pass the finals , in short I know Lexus and Toyota from the bottom so then I decide to save up for couple of years and dropped it to get Lexus GS 200T , I had Honda Toyota Camry 1989 and Infiniti G35 2003 and this particular Lexus GS beats all of them base on performance luxury and agility, it suits me the moment I lay my eyes on it , I knew it is going to be our ( mines) car , the most spacious leather interior I alway wanted soft welcoming and warm,easy to clean too, and has rear privacy curtain only can be found in Mercedes high AMG class , and plus every time I look at the bumper it grows on me like it’s going to bite someone, overall we love the car and in a near future will be purchasing another one , possibly GS-F

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

We drove from Sacramento for a beautiful Mazda for our daughter. It was a miserably hot day, but they had cold drinks for the customers. Our car was clean and as advertised. They had a large selection of nice cars, rivaling any new car dealership. Friendly staff.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I looked and looked went to 4 dealerships, and stayed in my backyard in Manteca. I went to Manteca Ford 1st, I was ready to buy BUT you know now it is. You just have to look to see if your getting a fair deal. I wasted 2 days then went back and purchased my truck at Manteca Ford. One thing I did get a little bit cheaper price at another dealer. BUT I did not like the hassle and the way I was treated. I just didn't want to give them my hard earned money. Yes I recommend Manteca Ford

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

I bought a 2006 RX400H because I didn’t want a car payment anymore from a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XSE. Even though this car is older - it’s 100x more smoother than my 2021, and the ride quality outshined the RAV4 by a landslide. I can’t recommend this car enough!
