My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Service was fast and efficient. I was given a ride home after the service was determined to take longer than I expected.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

Cool car no issues, sexy exterior. I have a '10 white ES 350.. it would have been nice to have the navigation package because I'm not really feeling the infotainment setup. But the moon roof and heated/cool seats make up for that mostly. Also there is an aux cord in Bluetooth if you can figure out how to use it. Lol There's no backup camera or any sensors available on mine, but the mirrors that tilt down while in reverse do help quite a bit for me. Overall I'm satisfied and hopefully this is the last car I'll have for a long long long time. Another thing I do like is whenever my partner takes the car, has a bad habit of repositioning the seat... Buttons 1 and 2 on the door memorize how I had it so I can change it back quickly. I understand that Lexus and Toyota are affiliated companies, and I would hope mine lasts as long as a Toyota should. Please excuse any typos (:

They did a great job in helping me find my car. I first tried out aa 2021 Toyota Corolla. But I ended up with a 2019 Toyota Corolla that I liked better. I am very happy with this car.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I have 208,000 miles and the car still runs great. I drive about 2,500 miles a month. I don't have any worries about being left stuck on the side of the road. The 300hp and Rear wheel drive is fun.

Havent bought en a car here but Alan was incredibly kind and helpful as I was comparing 2 cars. He was getting on the icy ground with me to check out the underside and parked them side by side. 10/10 not only an awesome employee but a great guy. Worth it.

I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and not at all pushy. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and carefully explained my options. This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The car was in immaculate condition, and they had the Carfax report ready, so there were no surprises. We took the car for a test drive, and everything was exactly as expected. The entire process was seamless, and everyone I spoke to were all very professional. We are very appreciative and will definitely consider you when we're ready to purchase another car.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

i would like to buy a used Mercedes SUV for under 8000 dollars. THE PAYMENT AROUND 130 dollars per month----- 6–7-year financing. i want to finance. have to finance through a bank with a personal loan up to 10000 dollars. I'm still working on purchasing a vehicle.

Fun car to drive it has a lot of power. Its my 3 Lexus and we are big fans . I would recommend this car to anyone.
