I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

Im a married guy with no kids. The car is unbelievably well, drives so smooth and fantastic in all seasons. DEFINITELY go for this instead of the German or American competitors. Unbelievably gorgeous exterior with great interior, however the german counterparts do have better interior. The engine sounds amazing and it is a Naturally Aspirated Engine. It does consume a ton of fuel, thats the negative I would add.

I went to Sarasota Subaru today told them I need their help with getting into my dream car . Dan was my salesman , they were extremely helpful. I was so scared and stressed and I believe they knew it . I wanted one car we were doing the paperwork and boom that car just sold right under my nose. I was so upset - Dan said hold on i will be right back . He came back with the most incredible news he told me I have a surprise for you . Not only the same model and color but a yr newer and matched the price . I literally started crying, yes this girl bought her very first brand new car . To top it off my dream car . I've been going there for five years after I bought my first Subaru crosstrek from another dealer that did me so wrong . They have always been extremely helpful and honest with me . I would never go anywhere else to buy a car from ever . The staff is top notch , even if they weren't working with you they were there to help out . I highly recommend Subaru of Sarasota to anyone . Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. It has now been a month since I've had my 328 XIT BMW and I am super happy with it. It runs smoothly and it has definitely been a great purchase. Thank you, Mike!

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.
