Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

Everyone we talked to was nice, helpful and respectful. Purchasing a car is a major purchase and is a very involved process when you are financing, they did a good moving it along.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

I received a phone call from Jared who was very courteous I was at work and very busy because of his professionalism I decided to visit the lot to test drive what I thought would be a good car.... Jared through the proper conversation realized my need was gas mileage and the car I wanted initially had a V8. The Lexus GS 300 is comfy, yet sporty, fast, fun to drive, and les weals and looks slick... and the most dependable auto I've owned. Easy to low maintenance.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

Good service. Got turned away the first time since my car was at 40% instead of 30%. Said to come back in June but my free service would have been expired by then. So that was not great.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. My car was ready before the promise time, I will use this dealership again for any service needed.

The most reliable car I’ve owned, it has style, comfort and to many extras to list. We went from a Volvo S60 to this car and we are not disappointed!

My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.
