We then met with Joseph in finance, who was also amazing! He explained everything in detail regarding the steps to finalize our purchase and was genuinely one of the nicest individuals we've encountered. We have always been a Lincoln family, but having additional positive experiences like this further reminds us why we return to Lincoln. It costs nothing to be kind and patient with people, and both Michael Cook and Joseph were not only amazing at their jobs they were genuinely kind individuals.
