I love Lincoln of Troy! I took my Lincoln MKC to a little place to get a oil change and a few weeks later the engine light came on..They forgot to do something with the filter and it was straining the engine, I came here and they fixed it, I learned my lesson, Lincoln have a different way to put things in and I will never go anywhere but this dealership for oilchanges or anything else..

My wife and I decided to make a change and look at the Lincoln Aviator as her lease was ending on another premium US Automaker. In this crazy market we had no idea what to expect and had been recently disappointed by “experiences” as we shopped other vehicles and Dealers. The service associates are pleasant and professional.I had a 730am appointment and was in and out by 815am.The assoc advised me to drive a little more to charge the battery or get a new one before winter.

This is a wonderful place to buy a car and they take such care in all they do. The facility is very nice and clean. Our salesman Chris doesn?t pressure us and answers all of our concerns. My lease was up on my LIncoln Corsair. I met with a dealing rep. and all went very smooth. I also had my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation, etc). I waited a little over two hours for my car. My car was misplaced some how and there was a mix up on who was servicing it. Well, it was found and everything was completed on the car. I was not charged for the service. Everyone was apologetic. I do like this dealership and would not go anywhere else. This was something that was not usual and I'm sure i'll have better service next time.
