The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.

I didn't want to pay $100K for a Navigator so I bought the MKT Reserve. It's been an awesome car. No issues with anything except: so much is made of plastic. For example they brag about the imported leather...but under it on the seats are cheap plastic components. Lincoln should go the extra mile and leave off the plastic and make things a bit more solid.

Bought 3 cars so far from this dealership, my experience was good! they work with me on down payments and reimburse me for the first oil change.

Have had Ford Flex Limited and Taurus SHO s in the past and didn't know about the MKT till I found a used 19 on a Lincoln dealers lot in March. I bought it on the spot in one trip . It's a fully loaded Twin turbo reserve with all options. The 3.5 Twin turbo makes this grandpa's station wagon a sleeper bomb just like the 67 427 Chevy Biscayne wagon I had in my youth. Back then I couldn't even shoehorn air conditioning under the hood while the MKT has so many options it might even make me breakfast when I finish reading the owners manual. And I have not seen another one on the road since March so it's like a custom car. This car does it all with luxury and class. If you love cars like I do, than this is the one.

Rides nice, is roomy and has a great look. I've only had it for a week but I like the openness of an SUV but it still has the get up and go of a sedan. I also got the CPO warranty from Lincoln along with the purchase.

They allowed us to take the car to a prepurchase inspection at the local mini dealership and it came back needing new front tires- other than that the car was great/ low mileage too. I have NO complaints regarding this vehicle so far. I used to be a GMC or Chevrolet person but I think this experience with the dealership and thus far with the vehicle has converted me. The ONLY complaint regarding this vehicle so far is that the sunglass holder seems a bit cheap for a car of this caliber/class. Otherwise, like I said, so far so good.
