Drove about 4 hours to this specific dealership Grapevine Ford. I had been researching online about the 2025 Ford Expedition Active for a few months. Grapevine Ford had the exact color Dark Magnetic Gray on their website. I spoke with a certain salesman ( no name mentioned) and we told him I would be there on Saturday. Arriving Saturday he was not at the dealership. Landon said he would take care of me himself and he really did help us out ! Landon did his very best to accommodate us. The vehicle was not on the premises so he arranged to have it brought to the dealership . I test drove it and really liked it! I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I buy a new car in cash every 10 years or so. My previous vehicle, Acura MDX was still in good shape and I had a very good experience with it. My inclination was to trade it in for a newer model of the same car. However, I researched similar vehicles and came across the Lincoln Aviator and decided to test drive to compare to the car I was trading in and hoping to buy. Besides the Aviator being a luxurious car with bells and whistles I didn't know I needed, the sales team was helpful, not pushy, and made an excellent offer up front - knowing that I was going to visit the other dealership immediately following. The other dealership low-balled the offer on the trade in (even though I let them know what Lincoln was offering) and wanted me to have to finance to meet Lincoln's offer. Needless to say, I immediately returned to McDavid and accepted their offer on a much better car. Winnie Belfer was fantastic in helping with finding my car, explaining all the features, and post-sales support. I had an excellent experience at this dealership and would highly recommend.
