We traveled over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us feel. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman Ron Toomey and the General Manager Rick Jacobs Jr. were great. I will recommend this dealership and Ron & Rick to anyone looking for a car. I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

we travled from oak harbor ohio to south hills lincoln because from what research i did online, a lincoln was THE car to buy if u really wanted to treat yourself. i couldnt believe all the air bags it has and all the bells and whistles of luxury. Sam Belman bent over backwards to help me and i really appreciate his help and knowledge only being there a few months. any questions i had he quickly called me back to answer. he is awsome and i will tell all my friends where i got my beautiful suv. way to go sam !!!!

Car is very quiet inside and with the adjustable suspension you can make it from soft to firm. Plenty of power and got 25.9 mpg on the highway doing 75 mph. 19 speaker Revel is the best sound system I ever heard in a vehicle. Much better ride than our Escape had or even the Edge.

Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

Wonderful vehicle. Have had MKCs, MKXs, and MKZs in the past and the Corsair compares very favorably with these other vehicles. Have about a year and absolutely no problems at all. Very comfortable, great performance and certainly gorgeous styling inside and out. Love it.

I have only owned this vehicle for a month and I am still learning all of the mechanical and tech of it, it drives great, has been performing as expected and the look is very appealing, a very high quality car, only problem is price

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

The people that work at this dealership are amazing. I was looking for a very specific used car, and happened to find one at Jack's, which is about 4.5 hours away from where I live; decided to take a chance and bought the car and when I traveled to pick up the car had my current card break down on the side of the highway about 2 hours away from the dealership. The area that I broke down in was very tiny and had no rental shops open and with no way of knowing how long it was going to take my car to get fixed I was stranded. I called Jack's to let them know what was going on (expecting that I was going to have to stay at a hotel until Monday and then come and get the new car). Greg at the dealer ship actually came to pick me up. Most places claim that they'll go the extra mile for customer service, this place truly does it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and the whole buying process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Jack's as the place to buy a car or have any work or detailing done.

The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!

Comfortable seats, quiet cabin, and above average passenger and cargo space in its class. Although it's not intended to be a "sporty" car, it actually has better than expected performance on the road as it's very smooth, responsive and agile.

Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

After leasing an MKC, and MKX, we have been truly pleased with the Lincoln products. We wanted an updated look that resembled the Navigator and Aviator and the Corsair achieves that look perfectly. With the reserve model, we are Very pleased with the reliability, handling and classy interior and exterior of the Corsair. The sleek panoramic roofline gives it an extra touch of class that has earned many compliments from onlookers who are the not familiar with the Lincoln lineup. Truly pleased with our local dealer and the service that Lincoln provides to clients. It is quick, nimble and easy to maneuver in, in and out of stop and go traffic. What else can I say, other than planing to be loyal to to the Lincoln lineup. Truly pleased with this American made product!

Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work more so than other dealers we had visited. Process to buy the car was about a half and hour. We would definitely refer friends and family to the auto mall.

Amazing car, topped out at 20mpg, interior is great, comfortable, the original stereo sounds great. Definitely a worth while purchase. All in all a great car despite the age.
