I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

everything was great, nice people, quick service, loaner car. We've purchased 6 cars from Pugmire since 1990 and used their service on every car. Barry and the other guys in Service are great, couldn't be nicer, they don't do work that isn't necessary. And it was a pleasure to buy our last car from Nathan. Just saw the 2018 Navigator. Wow! Might be visiting Nathan again soon. Best Dealership in Atlanta. They aren't near my house but worth the drive.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

We went to Allan Vilgil to look at the Ford Explorer for extra space and the Lincoln Corsair for its hybrid features. Our sales representative, Clyde listened to our needs for the vehicle and showed us a Lincoln Nautilus. This was not in our radar but it was the perfect balance of space, luxury features and it was a hybrid. After going home and doing our research we visited with Clyde a couple of days later and purchased the Black Label Nautilus. The purchasing/financing process went smoothly with Monty and we are now enjoying our new vehicle.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Bought mine used with 40,000 mi. Now at 110,000mi. Outside of one wheel bearing and a master cylinder no mechanical issues.Perfect combination of size,comfort and performance and the THX 14 speaker sound system still sounds great.

I've had 5 lincolns,4 of them from Pugmire. I love Pugmire.Their service is impeccable.However in the 7 years of having my cars maintenanced by them ,I have never been able to get a loaner vehicle and I don't like that.Now my 23 Corsair has an issue and the part is on back order. When the part comes in and I take my car in, will I be without a car again?? Also a worker made a negative comment about another worker in front of me that was very inappropiate and unprofessional- I felt some type of way about that. But I know that we are all imperfect humans and we make mistakes ,Pugmire is still my go to.

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I was looking for a used BMW and found exactly what I needed at Awah. The staff was professional and helpful. They seemed to be honest people and were upfront about the history of any of the cars. Let's face it, not all used cars are going to be in perfect condition. The car I bought had a small problem and they fixed it for me without an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.
