I was looking for a new Ram 3500. Found one on line. Inquired on it and immediately received a message from Dave. I’ve purchased quite a few new vehicles but have never been treated so well. Dave went above and beyond to help me out. The whole process was easy and actually enjoyable. Made the deal and Dave even met me 1/2 way from Wisconsin where I live to deliver it to me. I FIRST STARTED WITH A NEW ONE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR 1998. THEN A 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009 THEN MY CURRENT BLACK HORSE 2013. 2013 BY FAR MY FAVORITE. I'M 6'3" AND CAN WEAR MY STETSON IN THE FRONT SEAT. THE BACK FOLDS UP AND CAN HAUL ANYTHING MY WIFE DESIRES! LOL. SMOOTH, BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL. TOWS 8400 POUNDS STOCK. I HAVE HAD THIS FOR 5 YEARS AND 100K MILES WITH NO BIG PROBLEMS.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

The sales manager, Kyle Kleinschmidt, was super helpful through email responding to my questions and sending information that helped me to narrow down what cars I wanted to see before I traveled to Bloomington. We worked with Eric Gibson, and he was was exceptional to work with. He patiently went out on test drives of the three cars we had asked about in advance. He was not pushy in sharing information about the cars. When my husband and I wanted to leave for a bit to think it over, there was no pressure from him to stay or make a decision on the spot. When we returned within an hour and asked to look at one more car, he showed no frustration or irritation. He happily checked on the car, and we ended up going on another test drive and ultimately purchased that car. The car purchasing process is one I dread. Eric made the day so much better!! I'm 6'1" - I would like a bit more space in front Brakes don't sound right; dealership said they are fine, but make a noise when braking (at times)

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

The car rides and handles very well. Quiet ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room inside, legroom, headroom. Gas mileage is very good. It's a great value for your dollar. I would recommend this car to everyone.

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .
