My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. We bought this used car in 2020 with 23K miles. We now have 47K with absolutely no problems. Great ride. 35 to 45 MPG depending on how I drive. It has plenty of power for the 80 mph freeways. I take it out of "ECO" drive for faster excelleration (IE merging). Great sound system. Plenty of trunk space. I would buy another.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

I just purchased this car in year 2023 with only 70,000 KM’s on it and at 12 years old the car is still incredible. Amazing interior and the most comfortable seating you will ever sit in. The technology still suits my needs and Bluetooth phone and music works great. There is even ambient lighting settings for the car with different Colours to choose from. Very powerful V6 Eco boost engine. As others have said this feels like a high end SUV when inside. If you have a chance to buy one of these cars in good condition you definitely should.

Well since I bought my 07 Lincoln MKZ, I have put 2 sets of brakes on it within 4 months! The caliper will not open properly! I have lost money from work and money to rebuild the calliper! Really has been a nucense! What do I do? Help

Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. This car is essentially a taurus sho in a suit and there is nothing wrong with that. My family owned this car from 2015 till 2021 we put 60,000 miles on it it was a fantastic vehicle obviously if you're buying one of these you want to check the water pump as long as that is done the motors tend to be fine because it's based on a taurus SHO it has decent power and at this point the infotainment is dated but that's to be expected. The interior is decent it's a step up from the Ford and most of the materials feels nicer however I don't like the touch sensitive buttons which I'm sure looked high-tech in 2013 but now they break that being said it's easy to fix with a hammer you don't feel the typical cheap Ford plastic all of it is at least covered in vinyl and everything feels decent to touch it is not the quality of let's say a Mercedes E-Class but it is an improvement from a Ford Taurus. The car doesn't look that bad when you live with it it kind of looks ugly in the pictures but if you get one in the right color it doesn't look terrible once again the same as the Taurus which it's based off of it has decent trunk space and it does sedan things fairly well also like the Taurus it does really well on the highway though it is geared less aggressive you can get a massage doing 85mph with little to no road noise with the audio system in the EcoBoost being adequate enough. The usual issues being the water pump there were some other problems the chrome wheels were starting to chip despite the fact that we tried our best to take care of them and there was rust in the drivers door from NJ and Vermont winters besides that fantastic car they're a good deal right now and they're a nice Factory sleeper
