I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I have owned 4 Tahoe’s prior to my Lincoln Navigator. This vehichle is far superior in every aspect to the Tahoe. I love this vehicle and will buy another one unless the Tahoe makes enough improvements to get me back.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I've been looking at Aviators since 2021. After getting screwed around by several other dealers, one phone call to John Newman and I had my Aviator within 2 months.

Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

I had previously posted a review with much disdain for this company. However, since then they have reached out & have attempted to make the situation right. My respect & gratitude for them is restored & I am pleased with their response & service at this point.

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

I love this car! It’s stylish, comfortable and dependable. I bought it in 2012, I’m the 2nd owner of this beauty (it was love at first sight). Besides tires and a battery Ive only replaced the starter and the brakes. It has never failed its state mandated inspection. It’s red and still looks as beautiful as it did in 2012. Trunk is roomy and holds everything I have to haul around. I would give it ********** because 5 stars is just not enough for this car!!

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. This is a 1979 Town Car, one owner, pampered baby blue. Well cared for with all maintenance records and receipts. Always garaged. Runs and drives great! This beauty has the sought after baby blue, all original paint. Perfect padded landau carriage top. All chrome and trim is complete and flawless. This was the final model year of the great American sedan. Yes, a classic land yacht!

We viewed a 2024 KIA Forte online, and Gary was great in assisting us in the process. Stand up salesman. After buying the car I noticed a decent crack in the body underneath the front bumper. Gary had told me to reach out for anything so I did. He quickly consulted with the GM who said they would charge me there cost with minimal labor. In 02 this was the truck to have! All the bells whistles you could ever want! The problem was the price,52grand was bit much for what you were getting.Its a fantastic car not so much as a truck. The box is a over sized trunk, carpet lights and a cover. It is a fantastic comfortable ride! Pop in cassette and a wonderful stereo sound gets you in the mood.The optional navigation system keeps you from getting lost. It comes all set to tow your RV or boat. At 28grand you can't go wrong! It turns heads and gives me bragging rights. In 02 the price made it ahead of it's time,now at 28grand you can have a fantastic car/truck that's a comfortable ride,so to a joy with bragging rights. As
