Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Good Experience Great Job by Derek Muller- Parts Manager at Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Dealership. He personally contacted another repair shop and then ordered the parts needed to repair our vehicle. He took the added time to help us out.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.

The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

The smoothest ride! The best for a little family. Went on a road trip and was insanely comfortable. Very spacious and good on gas. Highly recommend

The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase

Have taken my 2008 V6 Pony Mustang in for Maintenance 3 times in last 3 years/ all work completed well/ cost is reasonable and the Service people all act like Gentlemen and Ladies!

Amazing customer service from start to finish I dealt with Kori and I must say he was just so kind and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about his customers! I truly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again! Everyone there is just so welcoming and nice and it just felt like a family atmosphere! I have my MKZ hybrid for over a year. The car has been reliable and great on gas (avg 42mpg). It has all the features I want (panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, etc.) Performance is probably the weakness, but I am not drag racing or craving corners around town in my daily driver.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala Premier on 9/17. I can not express how I felt buying this car! First, Greg Zimmer treated me as if I was buying a brand new Cadillac. Second, Chris Brown in finance treated me the same. This Company is for the people!!! Not for making top dollar on sales. Not enough room to say all I want to say but I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREST CADILLAC!!!

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

As a 50 something woman, buying a car is my least favorite thing to buy--and I LOVE to shop! I was looking for a specific car in my local region and when I couldn't find one, I broadened my search. That's when I found Bidleman Ford. I initially clicked on the "is this car available" tab and by the next day a salesman reached out to me via email to say it was. He wanted to know when I was able to come in for a test drive but I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and was there a way to buy it online. Bidleman had enough pictures online that I was confident that the car I was looking at was clean and free of imperfections. So...we started the process on Friday am. Many many back and forth questions via email and Noah Palumbo was always right on top of them, answering within minutes! He was able to get me the price I wanted for the car and he also delivered it to my door on Monday afternoon. I have to give a shout out to Jeremy in the finance department as well...he answered all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got back to me with it. I would highly recommend Bidleman Ford and Noah Palumbo. They made buying a car totally online, sight unseen a lot less scarier than I thought it would be!!! Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

I purchased the Lincoln Corsair from Hempstead Lincoln in Hempstead NY and had a wonderful experience there. No pressure, no pushing just a great experience till I made up my mind I was never rushed to make a decision. The Corsair is an amazing vehicle extremely comfortable with a Beautiful design, great performance.
