Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

I just purchased this car in year 2023 with only 70,000 KM’s on it and at 12 years old the car is still incredible. Amazing interior and the most comfortable seating you will ever sit in. The technology still suits my needs and Bluetooth phone and music works great. There is even ambient lighting settings for the car with different Colours to choose from. Very powerful V6 Eco boost engine. As others have said this feels like a high end SUV when inside. If you have a chance to buy one of these cars in good condition you definitely should.

We were looking for a safe car for our daughter graduating high school so we were looking down the street from E Smart and test driving a car and drove by them and found the saw the perfect car in his lot. I had this car for 7 years and it was amazing. I bought it used and by the time it died due to someone rear ending me going 80+ miles an hour it still turned on and moved to the side of the road. I had 196000+ miles on it and it never gave me an issue even when I bought it used. The only thing I replaced were tires and a tire pressure sensor.

I love this car! It’s stylish, comfortable and dependable. I bought it in 2012, I’m the 2nd owner of this beauty (it was love at first sight). Besides tires and a battery Ive only replaced the starter and the brakes. It has never failed its state mandated inspection. It’s red and still looks as beautiful as it did in 2012. Trunk is roomy and holds everything I have to haul around. I would give it ********** because 5 stars is just not enough for this car!!

If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

We purchased the 2015 MKX as used with low mileage. Very stylish and we love the color inside and out. The controls are difficult to locate to increase/decrease the fan speed and other control items. Overall, I have been very satisfied so far with minimal issues; a/c diverter had to be replaced, however, the ride is rough as compared to our smaller 2019 MKC, and I mean a notable difference w/ approximately the same mileage driven. The best ride we have is our 2006 Ford F150 of course it has a little longer wheelbase.

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

I have owned my 2017 MKC since July of 2016. I have had no issues with it at all and I loved the style from the beginning. My next car will be a Lincoln Corsair probably in 2025. My MKC only has 29,000 miles on it!!

Bought mine used with 40,000 mi. Now at 110,000mi. Outside of one wheel bearing and a master cylinder no mechanical issues.Perfect combination of size,comfort and performance and the THX 14 speaker sound system still sounds great.
