We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

The car has met all my expectations. There's not much more I can say. The car is beautiful and comfortable it rides like a dream.

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

Was looking for used car for a month at many locations and was wanting a MKZ as 1 of my top 5 I was thinking about getting. Dealer had 1 I called to check out. Able to get me #s on payments before I came in. Nick new I was OCD after dealing with me over the phone and accommodated all of my needs and had a beautiful machine. The finance staff was very helpful and got vehicle in monthly range I wanted. Walked away with a beautiful machine w/low miles in the price range I wanted with all the features I wanted. Pictures on dealer website were very good and accurate and pricing was very fair. No BS dealer with great staff and good quality machines.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Abe was great. Very professional. I went there to test drive a used car. He told me prior what’s wrong with the car so i can hear it when i drive. I decided not to buy the car. Too bad they don’t have any similar card available. I would have purchased it because I already liked the dealership.

I drove all they way from Madison Heights Michigan to purchase a mks, Staff was beyond amazing and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip back home! I am somewhat of a car nut, I really enjoy the research and the search process. I was looking for a used SUV with 3 rows, AWD, and just a few years old. I enjoy a bit of luxury, and with my commuting I wanted something reliable but also very comfortable with some amenities. I narrowed it down to the Q7, GLS450, and the Aviator. I test drove all 3 and I won't go into the reviews of the other vehicles, they were certainly nice, but the Aviator came out ahead. I think bang for your buck, the Aviator delivers an equal if not superior product for much less than the others. The interior is spacious and luxurious, and I went with the 30 way power seats, which is basically like getting a custom fit glove for your body. The sound system (28 speaker option) is amazing, with really beautiful high notes. The bass could be deeper and louder, but I don't know that you can get that without a subwoofer. The interactive console is quick and fast, with incredible resolution. I imagine its akin to retina HD like the iphones have, its just crystal clear. The second row is captains chairs (optional, same price) which the kids love bc they have separation from siblings. Third row has enough room for kids but will be tight for adults. Engine power is adequate, with plenty of low end torque. If you're looking for Navigator or Escalade power this isn't at that level, but its plenty for my needs. It has many, many fun amenities. For example, your key fob can be used as a homing beacon, allowing you to find your car in a parking garage if you can't remember where you parked. Also your phone can be used as the key, so if you forgot your fob your key can open AND start the vehicle. Overall, this is a fantastic vehicle. Lincoln put themselves in direct competition with Audi, Mercedes and BMW for SUV luxury and they will not disappoint. This vehicle will drive like you're floating on a cloud, or quickly morph to a mako shark chasing tuna. You won't be disappointed.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

The Lincoln Aviator is high on comfort and gives a quiet, smooth ride. The leg room is ample and seats very comfortable for plus-sized people. The multiple built in safety features give the driver a sense of confidence on the road. It is a classy car.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

What can I say about the MKS, personally I drive a lot of miles for work (Chrysler) I started looking at sedans and fell in love with mks. Leg room is amazing and gas mileage is great for what I need it to do, I drive a lot of highway miles and tend to hate the sun so the retractable window shades have helped out a lot!

Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX Reserve from Odgen Lincoln of Westmont, and was more than satisfied! Im an out of state buyer that found my Lincoln on line. I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.
